This project was a renovation of a classic San Francisco Victorian on Pacific heights. The project began with an addition to the rear to encompass an enlarged kitchen family room and master bedroom suite above. In addition we excavated beneath the home and created a 4 car garage, wine cellar and storage area. The exterior remained classic, while on the interior we opened up the plan, explored more contemporary materials and enhanced 21st century living for a growing family.
